What payment methods do you accept?
We do NOT accept card payments. Cash only. ATMs are available on site.
Where do I park?
Please use the designated parking lot behind the hall near the water tower.
How long do sessions typically last?
Sessions typically last 4–5 hours, depending on attendance and occasional delays.
What are the prize ranges?
Cash prizes range from about $250 up to $3,000 for games. Cash Ball (jackpot) can reach up to $10,000. U-Pick can grow with no set cap up to $10,000 max.
What happens if I'm absent when my number is called?
If you are absent when your number is called, no prize can be claimed and the win is forfeited.
How do Cash Ball tickets work?
A separate $5 Cash Ball ticket is sold at the window with your buy-in. You may purchase later, but you must bring your buy-in receipt.
What time do doors open?
We open at 4:30 PM Mon–Fri and 11 AM on Saturday. Sunday closed.
Can I bring children?
Players must be 18 or older. Children are not permitted during gaming sessions for safety and focus reasons.
What if I need to leave during a session?
You're free to leave at any time, but you must be present to claim any prizes won on your cards. If you need to step out briefly, let staff know.
